Mathdle

Mathdle is a daily numbers puzzle where you combine smaller numbers using basic operators to reach one exact target.

Your goal: make the target number using +, −, ×, and ÷.

How it works:

• You are given six numbers.
• Pick one number, then an operator, then another number.
• Those two numbers are combined into a single new number.
• Keep combining numbers until you reach the target value.

Important rules:

• You can use the operators addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• You do not have to use all six numbers to solve the puzzle.
• Solving with fewer numbers is encouraged.

Scoring:

• Your result is timed.
• Faster solutions earn more stars.
• Using the undo button does not affect your time or score.

Difficulty:

• The daily puzzle difficulty changes through the week:
  • Monday–Tuesday: Easy
  • Wednesday: Medium
  • Thursday–Friday: Hard
  • Saturday: Very hard
  • Sunday: Fun (a quirky twist)
