Globs

Globs is a daily puzzle game inspired by Thomas Colthurst's 45 by 45 Connections where you start with dozens of tiles and merge them down to one final tile by finding hidden groups of four that belong together.

Each puzzle begins with a grid full of individual tiles. Your job is to figure out which tiles share a common theme or category, then combine them. Tap or drag two tiles together to merge them. If they belong to the same group, they'll fuse. If not, nothing happens.

• Tiles only merge if they belong to the same hidden group of four.
• You can merge tiles one at a time. You don't need to find all four at once.
• When you merge all 4 items from a group, they upgrade to the next level, creating a new tile.
• Keep merging upgraded tiles until only one remains.
• Use Sort to organize your tiles and Hint to reveal emoji clues.
• Double tap tiles to tag them with colors for your own organization.
• New puzzles drop daily at midnight UTC in Mini and Big sizes.

The puzzle plays out in layers. Once you merge four base tiles, they become a single upgraded tile. That tile then merges with others at the same level, climbing up the hierarchy until everything collapses into one.
