Objective

Attempt near-perfect recreations/forgeries of famous paintings in just three minutes.

Playlin'sGuide

Forgeous challenges you to recreate a famous painting from the The Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met in New York City) using nothing but your phone, touchpad, or mouse and a three-minute timer. Your goal? Make your forgery look as close to the original as possible.

How it works:

  • Each day you’re given a classic artwork and a palette sampled directly from the painting.
  • Draw on the canvas using adjustable stroke sizes.
  • Tap to swap palettes, undo strokes, or overlay the original model for guidance.
  • When time’s up, your drawing is compared pixel-by-pixel with the original to generate your accuracy score.
  • Try again tomorrow with a new masterpiece.

Why we like it:

  • βœ…A delightful mix of creativity, speed, and precision.
  • βœ…Turns world-class art into a playful daily challenge.
  • βœ…Near real-time scoring.
  • βœ…It's highly shareable in the most fun way!

Hint: Big shapes first, details last. It’s the fastest path to a strong match.
