Playlin'sGuide
Celtix is a daily logic puzzle where your mission is to create a complete Celtic knot by strategically placing walls on a grid to guide the interwoven paths.
You start with a grid showing partial knot patterns. Your job is to add walls between grid cells to force the flowing lines into a single, unbroken Celtic knot design. Each wall you place changes how the paths connect and weave.
- Click between grid spaces to add walls that redirect the knot paths.
- Your goal is to form the required number of complete knots (shown at the top).
- Fewer walls equals a better solution.
- The puzzle tracks your wall count and knot completion in real time.
- A new Celtic knot puzzle drops every day.
- You can replay past puzzles from the archive anytime.
The challenge is finding the minimal set of walls that creates the target pattern. Place too many and you'll solve it inefficiently. Place too few or in the wrong spots and the knots won't form correctly.
Why we like it:
- β Gorgeously geometric, like solving an ancient manuscript one barrier at a time.
- β The satisfaction of watching chaotic lines snap into an elegant knot is deeply rewarding.
- β Chasing that minimal wall count keeps you coming back to optimize your solution.
Hint: Start by identifying where paths are already flowing correctly, then add walls only where lines need to be separated or redirected. Less is more.
